I have never extensively played with super long time exposures, so I decided to give it a try. Any ideas or improvements let me know.

These are so interesting. I haven't played with long exposures yet. But i really like this idea. This one is my favorites just because there is so much to look at. It makes me think of Cirque Du Soleil.
also... the liquid looking boarder: After you expose the photo paper, instead of putting it into the developer just get developer on your fingers or a paint brush and wipe the developer wherever you want the photo to develop. You can get really creative with it.
